Tanzania has a well developed tourist industry, with hotels, lodges and resorts to suit every budget. The infrastructure in Tanzania though lacks behind, and only the most popular areas have sealed main roads. Tanzania is considered a safe country to travel in, but of course one always has to be careful traveling in a unfamiliar country, especially if you travel on your own.
